Hi
My hair was so thin and whispy about a year ago, all i did to start re-growing was take biotin pills daily and i bought ‘GROW’ shampoo off ebay… it works pretty well i guess as my hair is much thicker/fuller now! to actually RE-GROW most of your hair though you may have to buy something like a laser hair brush which isn’t cheap ($150ish) but the best option is just to keep taking those vitamins and start a really good hair care plan like a very moisturizing shampoo and conditioner and a leave in treatment and your hair will grow back in no time!
hope this helped!
The mega vitamins and protein are really good for your hair. Just figure, whatever you have in your diet that gives you long, strong nails is what the hair also needs.
Using a shampoo and conditioner called “Nioxin” in most beautiy shops is also excellent. You just have to make sure that when you’re washing your hair, that you rub your scalp (or at least the thin spot areas) long enough.
Also make sure not to put your hair in braids or pony tails, as they pull at your scalp and make the hair more prone to falling out prematurely.
Good luck – it may take awhile but it will happen for you. Claire
I know your hair will return. Everything will go back to normal – it just takes time.
Keep up the good work! Good luck
